1. General Information

At MAXBONNA, we prioritize customer satisfaction at the highest level. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the return and refund conditions outlined below.

2. Return Conditions

The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Used, damaged, or products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons cannot be returned.
Products purchased as part of a promotion or campaign can only be returned under the conditions specified in the respective campaign terms.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

Used or opened cosmetic and personal care products.
Customized or personalized items made to order.
Final sale products purchased at a discounted or promotional price.


4. Return Process

Initiating a Return Request: Submit your return request by emailing your order number and reason for return to iade@maxbonna.com or by contacting Customer Service.
Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address and tracking details.
Shipping the Product:
For defective or incorrect items, MAXBONNA will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection & Refund: Once the product is received, our quality control team will inspect it to determine if it meets the return conditions.


5. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase.
Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days, depending on bank processing times.
Cash on delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
If a discount or coupon was applied to the purchase, the amount of the discount or coupon will not be refunded.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a wrong, missing, or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
Send photos showing the product damage along with your order number to support@maxbonna.com.
For damaged or incorrectly shipped products, MAXBONNA will cover the return shipping cost and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
